5 asparagus spears washed and chopped
2-3 green onion, sliced
1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1/2 tomato, diced
1 cove garlic
a squeeze of lime juice
red pepper flakes just a pinch
cilantro to taste
1 pkt Ideal Weight-loss chicken and pasta
10 oz water
Add garlic, asparagus, green onions and jalapeno to small sauce pan. add 1 tsp oil. cook 2-3 min on med heat. add 10 oz water and simmer for 5 min. Stir in chicken and pasta packet and tomatoes. continue to simmer 1-2 min more.
Pour in bowl. sprinkle on red pepper flakes and cilantro and squeeze lime juice on top.
