Tips For the First Week.

Tip 1: Break out the spices. Using a lot of spices can add flavor to your food without the added calories or carbs.

Tip 2: Eat your vegetables. Most of us aren't used to eating 4 cups of vegetables a day. However all of that good food will fill you up and keep you from getting the major munchies in between meals.

Tip 3: Use Dressings. Waldenfarms is a diabetic brand of dressing. It is approved on the diet and contains no sugars or fats. They have different types of dressing as well as other sauces like BBQ sauce and syrups. Find them at most grocery stores in town.

Tip 4: Try a variety of products. You will find you have your favorite protein, but trying a few different types in the beginning can help you discover which foods you like the most.

Tip 5: Be Creative. If you like to cook especially don't think that just because the instructions on the box say one thing you can't use our products to make your own favorite recipes. The list is endless but here are some ideas.
  • Use the Pancakes as a bread base and make a chicken BBQ pizza (with Waldenfarms sauces)
  • Use Orangeade and Vanilla drinks to make a dreamcycle.
  • Fruit drinks can be made into slurpees if you mix them with ice.
  • Use zucchini in place of pasta. Zucchini takes on the taste of the sauces that you use very well. You can use them as spaghetti noodles and use the tomato soup as a base for your sauce. 
  • Boil Cauliflower to make mashed potatoes. Mash them up and use Ideal Weightloss chicken or mushroom soup to create a nice gravy.
