Pasta with Peppers and Onions

For those of you who need any ideas about how to prepare the pasta this is one way you could try out.

Ingredients:
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1/2 cup beef broth (or chicken or vegetable broth)
black pepper, to taste
2 cups IDW pasta, dry

Instructions:
1. Bring large pot of water to a boil
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and peppers. cook until onions and peppers begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add in broth and black pepper, bring to boil, and allow to cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
3. meanwhile, cook pasta, drain and return to pot.
4 Toss pasta with peppers and onions and serve.
