Beef Strips with Mushrooms and Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb 5 oz beef, cut in strips
2 tbsp Tamari sauce
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp non-hydrogenated margarine
1 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1/4 cup oyster mushrooms, minced
1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms, minced
1/2 cup white mushrooms, minced
4 green onions cut in sections
2 tbsp oyester sauce
1 tsp Ideal Protein maple syrup
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix beef strips with Tamari sauce and corn starch. Let marinate in refrigerator for 45 Min. In a large skillet, heat up 1 tbsp of margarine. Drain beef strips and sear in skillet. Add Garlic and ginger, cook 2 to 3 min. Remove beef from skillet and let stand. Saute mushrooms and green onions in 2 tbsp of margarine. Cook for 2 min over medium heat. Return beef and any accumulated juices to skillet; add oyster sauce and ideal protein maple syrup. Adjust seasoning if needed.
