Recipe of the week!!!

Sesame Chicken Salad
Prep: 20 Minutes
Cooking: 15 Minutes
Servings: 6

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-in wide strips
1clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp mild pepper sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 lb bean sprouts
1/2 lb watercress
1 sweet yellow pepper
1/2 lb asparagus washed and cut in 2
2 tsp sesame seeds
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small white onion, finely minced
2 tsp splenda or stevia
2 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation
Trim any fat from chicken. In a large bowl, mix chicken, garlic, and mild pepper sauce. For dressing, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, onion, slenda and sesame seeds. In a large salad bowl, mix bean sprouts and watercress. In a large skillet or a wok, heat up oil and brown chicken in batches. Add sweet yellow pepper and asparagus, and fry for a few minutes. Mix with watercress and bean sprout salad pour dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds
